Shipping

We can ship to most addresses across the United States Mainland. However, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands). Please note we are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We can ship to AFO and FPO military addresses. The shipping transit time quoted will be to a U.S. Military Postal Office. Any additional transit time from there varies by destination and is handled exclusively through the U.S. Department of Defense.

Please note that during exceptionally busy times, such as the launch of a catalog, sale, or pandemic there may be a slight delay in delivery.

Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for investigations to be made with our courier, generally 10 business days.

We also ask customers to ensure that they make a claim within a reasonable length of time.

Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 72 hours of receipt so please check delivery on arrival.
